How to start
How to order?
Simply put everything to the basket, go to check out and follow the shipping and payment instructions.
Please remember that it is client responsibility to give accurate shipping instruction. SPH is not responsible for wrong shipping details.
What type of payment do you accept?
We only accept bank transfers.
What are your working hours?
We work only Mon-Fri from 8am to 3pm. Friday we generally closed around 12pm-1pm.
PAYMENT
Do you accept PayPal?
No we don’t, we only accept bank transfers
Do you work over weekends, Bank Holidays etc?
No we don’t. If you send us a message/email we will get back top you once we are back to our office.
Order & Retunrs
I received wrong/missing product-what should I do?
If you received wrong product or something is missing please get in touch with us on info@samsonsteroids.com or via contact form with your order number. We will reply to you asap within our working hours excluding weekend, bank holidays etc and sort things out for you.
How long it takes for my package to be shipped?
Once the payment is done and after it will clear on our side we generally ship the package within 48h from that moment excluding, weekends, bank holidays etc.
How long does the shipping take?
Once the package is out we aim to get this to you within 3-5 business days. Generally its quicker but we can not account for any delays on the courier side, we simply do not have any impact on that.
My package is missing-what should I do?
If the package takes longer than 5 business days and you still didn’t get it then please contact us immediately and we will sort this out for you.
I made a mistake with payment(send to much or not enough)-what’s next?
If you made a payment and you send wrong amount(not enough) we will contact you about missing funds and we will pick it up from there however if you send us to much PLEASE DO NOT PANIC, just get in touch with us, we will check this and will send you money back-no problem at all.
Will I get tracking number?
Yes, you will. General send to you via email, or any alternative ways of communication.
I’m experiencing side effects-what should I do?
Unfortunately the side effects can occur during the process and depending on individual they may be mild or really bad to bear with so the BEST and SMARTEST solution is always to stop the process.
I send you an email and got nothing back-what should I do?
We believe that great communication between us the clients is the key. We generally try to respond within 24h of our working schedule however on extremely rare occasions we may miss an email, it may be rejected via our spam filters and get to the unwanted mail that we rarely check. Please remember that we are not ignoring you so the best way is to send us another one and via contact form.
